With delivery, we bring the inflatable, set it up and collect it afterwards. Delivery and collection are priced together in your quote.
Before confirming, we’ll check the setup space, ground surface, power and access. Tell us about narrow gates, steps or anything tricky.
Can I collect it myself?
All models can be collected from Godella by arrangement. Depot pickup appointments are between 10:00 and 18:00; your return slot is agreed separately.
We’ll confirm the packed size, weight, vehicle space and handling requirements first. Please wait for your pickup and return appointments to be confirmed.
Who keeps an eye on the fun?
Plan for an adult to supervise throughout play and follow the inflatable’s operating instructions.
Tell us the children’s ages and heights before booking. Each model has its own limits, and the number of children playing together depends on those limits.
Weather or a change of plans?
Contact us with your party date or booking reference if your plans change or you’re concerned about the forecast.
